Everyone deserves the surprise of a knock on the door and the reveal of beautiful flowers being hand delivered to them. We're arranging this for a handful of dads-in-need.

How do I apply for Valentine's Day Flowers?
Fill out this form. The more information you provide, the better your chance at being selected.
What information do you need from me to apply?
Fill out this form as completely as possible. We do need your address, name of recipient, name of sender, and the message you'd like included in the card.
When will the flowers be delivered?
On Valentine's Day (Wednesday, February 14th). We do not control the delivery times.
What is the selection criteria?
We'll choose at random based on application status and information provided. Selected applicants will be emailed confirmation of their selection.
How will I know if I am selected to participate?
We will email all selected applicants directly from dadcollabemail@gmail.com.
Do I get to pick which flowers?
No, but we will do our best to make sure they are beautifully arranged.
What if there's a problem with the flowers / delivery?
We will track deliveries as thoroughly as possible, dependent on the floral shop we work with and their communication process. You can always email dadcollabemail@gmail.com if you have any issues.
